Roundhill Studios was founded on the philosophy that dance is an art form that can be rewarding for both the serious and the recreational student, and that the joy and discipline gained from its study will carry forward into one's life.

We strive to make dancing enjoyable for all students, while encouraging the serious dancer to pursue a professional career. It is our belief that grace, confidence, as well as an appreciation of classical music and art can be developed through the study of ballet. It is our desire to share this belief and the beauty of dance and music with every one of our students.

We offer ballet training to develop proper technique and artistry in a positive and supportive environment.  Our students have been accepted at American Ballet Theater, Ballet West, Kirov Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, School of American Ballet and Ballet San Jose.

Roundhill Studios is proud to include the ABT National Training Curriculum, a breakthrough 8 level program that combines high  quality artistic training with basics of dance health and child development.  The ABT National Training curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age appropriate, outcome based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to students of all ages and skill levels. Primary through Level 5 will be taught by ABT certified teacher Donna Krasowski Maruoka, who has successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through level 5 of the ABT National Training Curriculum.

Donna is also a Certified Cecchetti Instructor.
